These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arcane Dice (the "App") provided by kynect Games ("we", "us", "our").
1. Acceptance and Scope
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to your use of the App on supported Android and iOS targets and the supported web PWA, including optional online multiplayer features and optional in-app purchases.
2. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise misuse the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Content
- Arcane Dice offers optional in-app purchases.
- Where offered, payments are processed by the platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
- Refund handling is governed by the policy of the platform where the purchase was made.
- Purchased digital items and unlocks are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value.
- Virtual content is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or other property.
5. Online Play Conduct
- Do not use abusive, offensive, or unlawful names in online rooms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse engineer multiplayer services.
- Do not interfere with the normal operation of rooms, game sessions, or related infrastructure.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to online features for behavior that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Availability and Changes
The App and online features may change over time. Features may be modified, limited, or discontinued, temporarily or permanently, including for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is processed in connection with the App.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, kynect Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to online features if required for security, legal compliance, platform requirements, or violations of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the laws of your country of residence.
